Healthy mix

Pros

- at the moment (early 2022) Miro is a healthy mix of hyper-growth startup and getting-ready-to -be-an-enterprise atmosphere. It is an exciting time to be here. - leadership realizes that competition is present and that we need to continue innovating while not breaking things for our established user base. - culture, people-focus, and primary & secondary benefits are all good. - lovely international group of employees; and it's wonderful to work for a company that is not focussed on the US alone.

Cons

- whenever you hear that "product management" is shortened to either "product" or "management", it's a sign they (try to) run the show. This seems to be true in some parts of the product organization, although definitely not everywhere. Design has an open invitation to a seat at the table but may need to mature a bit more to fully fill it.

Pros

- I feel team members are united - working together globally, so I feel the other countries are much closer and feel collaboration well. - Most of the members are supportive and friendly people

Cons

- Too much of the information. - Too many articles to read to get new information and changes. - Even we have a great collaboration in the company globally, it's still feel restricted because of the online base.

Pros

Amazing people that seem to really care about the product and the people they work with. People often go out of their way to help me out even at odd hours due to differences in time zones. Feel very much part of the team even in this covid environment.

Cons

The majority of employees are new and as part of a new market things can take a bit of time to get approval (especially the procurement process) but this is mainly due to the language barrier and not really anyone's fault.
