Pros

+ Rocket fuel added to growth + Phenomenal product thanks to talented product/eng team + Humble, thoughtful leadership + Genuine spirit of helpfulness and collaboration + We use Miro for a lot of internal processes, 10x improvement to group calls and remote collab compared to other tools + Truly global point of view - each office has unique and core functions + leadership + If you are ambitious, smart and hardworking - you have a chance to contribute to the Miro story

Cons

- Rocket fast growth = some processes in progress (aka not everything will be spelled out for you - there is a level of "figuring it out" that you have to take ownership of). I imagine not everyone would find this ideal, I personally enjoy it - Global distribution of team = you need to have flexibility for meeting times. To bring everyone together there are occasional later or earlier calls, it's not a strict 9-5 schedule. The leadership is good about minimising things outside of core local working hours - GTM leadership could use a bit more diversity :)

The people are all top-notch. They make you feel so welcome and are a great support system for new hires.
