Leaders are lost

Business Outlook

Pros

The job is well paid. Salaries are above the market.

Cons

Business leaders seem lost on what should be built next. Priorities change and poor communication. Deadlines change constantly and, very often, things have to be done for yesterday. Due to this constant change, communication and lack of transparency have _always_ been a problem. Additionally, management sells the company internally as if there is no better place in the world to be, and as if there aren't problems. The words "awesome" and "incredible", continuously used to describe the company, are so overused by them that I don't know anymore what something really awesome is. What is worse, this behavior really underestimates the problems at hand.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We truly appreciate your honesty and your commitment to Miro over the past few years. We understand that the constant changes in priorities and communication issues have been challenging. As an organization, we are currently undergoing a transformation to better respond to the needs of our customers, the evolving technological landscape, and our Mironeers. This transformation is aimed at ensuring that we continue to be the leading visual workspace for innovation and create a lasting legacy in the market. However, we acknowledge that transformation can be messy and may lead to rapid changes in priorities and communication challenges. We are actively working on improving our communication strategies and ensuring more transparency from leadership. We are confident that the path we've chosen is strong and will lead to significant achievements. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate through these changes. Thank you once again for your dedication and for sharing your thoughts. Ben Craig - Chief of Staff
