Pros

- The product is very cool and much better compared to the offerings from competitors. I had been using Miro even before I joined and my appreciation for the product made me apply for the job. - All colleagues I have worked with and met so far are very knowledgeable, intelligent, and mostly helpful. - The work itself is challenging and together with good engineering practices in place Miro provides opportunities for continuous learning as a software developer.

Cons

Due to hyper-growth the company culture is not yet mature; nevertheless I see people in charge listen to the employees and work towards improving any failing processes.

Pros

- Great product - Good base salary - No overtimes - Home office bonus during covid - Compensation of public transport - Free lunch and sometime breakfast in the office.

Cons

- Micromanagement from all levels of engineering leadership - Top-Down technical decisions from CTO to feature teams - High level of bureaucracy, as in large enterprise companies - Bad tooling, which makes day-to-day engineering job incredibly difficult - Bad engineering culture which is hard to change because of constant pressure about deadlines - Hybrid-office strategy: 2-3 mandatory days in the office instead of a full remote - Non-competitive total compensation.
