There is no leadership. All of the managers and supervisors are incompetent. Drug use in the building and parking lot. Employees walking around high. No one cares that things are done properly unless it affects them. You never work a full 40 hour work week although you sign your contract for a full 40 hour work week. So you have time at home but you're paychecks suck because you rarely work.

The pay is too low for the support team. That was my only issue. It's cold in the warehouse be prepared. No trainers.
