Why do I choose to work at Misfits? I come to work every day because I work alongside an amazing group of people who truly care about the mission of the company and the people they work with. The medical benefits are good. I have never worked in a place where I have ever been truly happy with the dental insurance so what we have here is comparable. I have not had to use the vision. There is a lot of room for growth in the company. I was able to "move up" in less than one year. My pay is good. I love my boss who always shows that the work I do is appreciated. I love my team members too. We have had a lot of growing pains over the past year but we always make it work. I am looking forward to working here for another 10+ years!

Cons

There is some change management going on and some of my team members don't want to jump on board. The company keeps getting better and coming out with new ideas and benefits. I am excited to see what they will come up with next.
