Weekends off. But this isn’t the only job that offers that.

Cons

Severe lack of communication. Almost tactful. Switched insurance providers with zero notice, so I’m out 500$. Took over 200$ out of my paycheck without telling me which I reported. Dropped everyone’s earned wages to minimum and left it up to the customers tip the difference. We don’t use our own cars or gas, and the customer pays a delivery fee/ minimum. Why? Tip to show appreciation… misfits market, pay your employees accordingly. Imperfect paid out raises and bonuses based on performance but with misfits, you’re expected to go above and beans and get nothing for it. They laid off hundreds of employees with little to no notice to cut costs and expect salary mangers to work 7 days per week.
