They met every deadline they set and delivered on all promises throughout my hiring process. The communication was clear, the team was supportive, and I felt valued as a new hire from day one. If you're looking for an organization that follows through on its commitments, this is a great place to be.

Cons

Like many in this industry, the onboarding timeline can feel slow—it took about 4-6 weeks from my application to actually starting work. While this wasn’t unique to Mission, it’s something to be prepared for if you’re eager to hit the ground running. That said, once I started, the transition was smooth and well-organized.
