      Biggest hospital chain in WNC, so job availability is high and pay is competitive, in this area at least.

      Cons

      It's run like a business not like a hospital. People are realizing that they are over worked and under payed, so they are going to other facilities where they are appreciated. The other alternative is just to travel and be payed more.
