      It's a job. Not much other than that.

      Cons

      Low pay compared to other hospitals. Benefits nothing to brag about. Don't get their insurance, it's a waste of money and takes forever to get a Dr's appt since it has to be a Mission Dr. Nurses are rude and can't do their jobs right. Clear favoritism in certain depts.

As for the Con's, the paybands are evaluated on a regular basis by our internal conpensation team, and are compared to comps across the nation and regionally.
