Pros

good Paid time off. can't think of anything else.

Cons

Equipment and tools used on patients are dirty. Workers are treated horribly by management. Patients are often discussed in a derogatory fashion by coworkers.

Pros

Mission Hospital has the best Nurse-Patient ratios I have ever seen! In addition, the 401K matching as a new employee is what the max was at my prior employer. Also - PTO is excellent and based on years of service (meaning part-time can benefit from same PTO as Full-Time). Excellent time off benefits!! The tuition benefits are also 3x what they were at my last employer.

Cons

The main hospital is really "two" hospitals one across the street from the other. This can be difficult for floating staff or moving pts. There is a construction project underway to fix this in approx 2-3 years will be finished and "all" pts and staff will be in "one" physical location.
