Pros

Everyone they hire is really genuine and nice, the coworkers made the job great. No micromanagement, good pay and the PRN system is really flexible. If you love helping people in crisis this is a great place to be.

Cons

Lots of cuts and systemic issues from the company takeover. The travel nurses they hire are often incompetent. That’s really the only downside.

Pros

I was very proud to be hired at Mission Health and loved each of my years of service there.

Cons

However, my last year was caught up in the acquisition by HCA. It was heart breaking to see so much good work, support for staff and care for the community get chiseled away. Zero racial diversity in leadership, limited in middle management.
