      Pros

      Great salary, excellent benefits, generous paid time off, community perks, wonderful professional development program. Mission has large focus on making it a great place to work and practice

      Cons

      Very political, inability to advance outside of own department, pressure to give to Mission and United Way programs, parking, many limitations in the workplace due to gap mitigation.

      The only pro of working for this facility was that it was local and a short commute.

      Favoritism. Corporate Politics. Unnecessary Bureaucracy. Low moral.
