Pros

Plenty of resources and education opportunities. Rarely do I not have what I need to take care of my patients. Doctors and APs generally respect the nurses input.

Cons

It's still a large corporation, and management tends to care more about what's on paper and how the numbers stack up rather than what's best for the people actually carrying out the work.

Pros

Compassion for patients and employees. Upward mobility is available for all who seek the chance and put in the work.

Cons

Long tenured employees don't know how good they have it. Many feel untouchable, even by senior management. Region has inaccurate view of organization, when they are trying to grow for the community
