Pros

I must admit when the transition to Mission Health was taking place I was very hesitant on what the future held, not only for me but for our facility. Now, after some time has gone by, I see that Mission Health is taking good care of me and our facility. Change is hard but change is good. Mission Health has provided a positive working environment and continues to try to meet the needs of all employees. I am finding it to be a GREAT place to work!

Cons

I do wish some holidays would fall under paid time, without having use our PTO.

Pros

Mission is a remarkable place. To work, to visit, to receive care, and even to deliver care. Sure, there is some drama or stuff that happens that not everyone will agree with, but where is that not present?!? Yes, Mission is big and continuously growing, but if we hope to be a leader in Healthcare and continue to be a leader in Healthcare, we must grow. Working from the billing/registration side of the world, Mission really goes above and beyond to help patients find the help they really need. Whether it is starting a Medicaid app, discounts, or even helping patients who may not qualify for ACA receive exemptions as to avoid any penalties during tax time, Mission is here to help! Kudos, Mission!

Cons

While sometimes it feels like the 'suits and ties' are steering a boat that they do not understand, it is great to have managers who care enough to fight the good fight. I do think huge leaps and bounds have been made here with the course of VSM work throughout before making rash changes.

Pros

Benefits, shuttle service, sushi is good in the cafeteria and decent coffee

Cons

I was there for a short time, long enough to be bullied out by insecure employees. I tried to raise awareness of the issue, but HR was basically unresponsive (just like a dead patient).
