Pros

Mission is a fast-paced environment, good learning opportunities, beautiful area to live in with lots of great outdoor activities to explore and enjoy.

Cons

poor compensation, love it or leave it management style, low employee satisfaction across the enterprise. Management lacks direction and treats employees as commodity. Overall vibe is that the organization is swirling the drain and runs operationally in a constant panic mode

Pros

Solid, evidence-based practices. Good teamwork on the units. Decent nurse/patient ratios.

Cons

Management withhold PTO earnings for periods of time to "balance the budget." Punitive action taken against employees for speaking up against unfair pay/benefit practices. Salaries below the market cost of living for the area.
