Pros

There really isn't any pros to list....

Cons

Hours are absolutely ridiculous and random, lowest pay around here, health benefits suck, drama drama drama!!!! You can't trust a thing that any of the supervisors tell you, never get to use pto when you need it, most benefits don't kick in until you have been there for 6 months.

Pros

Great location, culture of quality and caring. Many specialties and opportunities for experience in a world class trauma center.

Cons

Lots of change, very busy, employees are a bit overloaded at times due to changes in management, and new processes.
