      not-for-profit, community-minded, ethical, good corporate citizen, great people, great town, excellent services, excellent benefits, fair-minded compensation packages, great corporate culture

      Campus extremely spread-out, which means travel-time for meetings, some structural legacy issues limit the ability to adapt quickly to market shifts.

      Pros

      Respectful supervisors. Good pay. Nice and educated employees everywhere. Safe (guards everywhere). Easy with scheduling and rescheduling. Good workers are respected. Awesome benefits.

      Cons

      Hard to get rid of bad workers. Sometimes just sit and wonder where or how some managers come up with their stupid ideas/ decisions. Many supervisors do not know what they are doing, or anything- call someone else to ask. And the question is, why are they there and getting payed? For nothing? I think the food prices in cafeteria are a bit too expensive, especially the salad.
