Pros

Plenty of departments to move around.

Cons

Keep adding responsibilities but not increasing pay to reflect those demands, insurance isn't great, getting rid of holiday gift cards, pay rate freezes while having over 30 VPs who make six figures

Pros

Very few if you enjoy helping people the hospital environment will give ample opportunity.

Cons

Senior management is corrupt and only interested in their personal carriers. HR is Dysfuctional and only acts in the interest of senior management Top heavyVPs but understaffed front line staff. Not progressive , No work Life balance Seems they frequently let their best employees go with no cause. Dont work here especially if you are a nurse

Pros

Good , modern equipment and facility. Good training.

Cons

The company has made so many cuts that they can't keep staff. The departments are now all understaffed to the point that patient safety is in question. Meanwhile the company keeps buying property and building new facilities.
