      Great until HCA

      Pros

      The quality of care was terrific until Mission Health merged with HCA. Once that happened, the organization’s focus moved towards maximizing revenue and less on patient care. There reasons was frequently presented as “business decisions.” If you want patient centered care and less “business” driven care, this is not the place for you to work.
