      Loved the people, not the politics

      Pros

      The people were genuinely there to help care for the community and provide the best health care service. My fellow assistants were wonderfully hard-working and we all developed a bond.

      Cons

      Executive team did not listen to the feedback of the support staff. We were bottom of the barrel and often mistreated and disrespected.

      salary wasn't too bad, but not enough to be able to afford Asheville

      Not a very nurturing leadership team. To grow great employees, you have encourage growth.
