Pros

Was a great place to work before hca.

Cons

If you aren’t in administration, you are just another cog in the machine. In the 4 months since the hca buyout I have seen tremendous cuts in staffing, supplies, food for patients. Why does the ceo get to make millions of dollars yet we are severely underpaid and understaffed. No more bonuses for them. They don’t appreciate anything that the dogs do for them. I’m so happy I’m getting out. There is a mass exodus and for good reason. Run for the hills!!

Pros

Biggest health network in the Carolinas

Cons

So concerned with bottom line and administrative salaries that the rest of organization seems to suffer.
