      compensation for not finishing 90 day introductory period.

      Cons

      Long term staff being allowed to be militaristic and almost bully-ish under the guise of "patients first". Hiring staff knowing they're not qualified to successfully perform the job -especially in a high volume environment. Preceptors not even attempting to guide and teach. Thus, creating an unconducive learning environment. Not giving you time to absorb the overload of information and tasks.

      Most of your coworkers are pleasant and easy to get along with.

      Very large campus, parking is a major problem, very little if any understanding about traffic conditions, bad weather.
