      Honestly none. You have to be willing to handle the stress that comes with it being the major employer in town but as long as you understand that you can thrive.

      Laying off many employees Expecting CNA to work as secretaries Laying off secretaries who have worked at hospital for years How can CNA do two jobs unsafe environment Intensive care nurses have no help Telling employees they are transitioning and they can find other jobs in hospital will this really work People have to work at their jobs knowing they are being laid off
