Cons

Tough to get hired originally but once you are in it is easier to move through the company. Having a merger with HCA has left a lot of questions about job security

High Quality, Caring Nursing staff. Despite difficult cases and high workload nursing staff exceed expectations

Cons

As with most large health care institutions, staff are expected to "do more with less" and are given more and more responsibilities and less assistance.
