      Pros

      I love the work that I do and the team that I work with. I go to work every day feeling that I make a huge difference in my patients’ and their families’ lives.

      Cons

      Our team is not given the support we need. Leadership conducts frequent surveys asking for our input and our team is consistent and clear in stating our needs, but those requests go unacknowledged and unanswered.

      The echo team works with you when you have things going on and are really understanding.

      Cons

      They overload their techs and want numbers they do not care to overwhelm you and if you have an issue with it they think you aren’t suited.
