Pros

Work culture is amazing! This is the best hospital I've ever worked at for team work and interdisciplinary respect.

Cons

The pay is AWFUL. It should improve over the next few years as the union fights to better our pay. But, new grads are making more than the experienced nurses right now.

Pros

I was very proud to be hired at Mission Health and loved each of my years of service there.

Cons

However, my last year was caught up in the acquisition by HCA. It was heart breaking to see so much good work, support for staff and care for the community get chiseled away. Zero racial diversity in leadership, limited in middle management.
