Pros

There are numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth. More importantly, there are opportunities to positively impact patients and their families during a transitional period for healthcare.

Cons

I am a positive person. The situation is what you make of it. At the end of the day however, this is still work. If you don't establish boundaries then you can easily become overwhelmed. Appropriate boundaries are respected by mid-level and senior management.

Great location, culture of quality and caring. Many specialties and opportunities for experience in a world class trauma center.

Cons

Lots of change, very busy, employees are a bit overloaded at times due to changes in management, and new processes.
