Undersized in some areas which puts a lot of pressure on some people and teams Need to focus on building great products again as great products will attract more and better customers Limited career growth given company stalled - hope to see this change with new growth

good benefits although they tell you you have 160 hours of PTO, it's accrued yearly Quick to hire Remote work

Cons

Very inflexible. I got a job offer that was rescinded because I asked if I could take a week off. They do tell you that the first 2 months you have to attend without interruptions, but in the offer email they suggested if I needed any time off to let them know, so I did ask for one week. Instead of receiving a "no, we can't accomodate that," I got my offer rescinded. It was a bit of a bummer to find out that the offer was rescinded and that they are SO INFLEXIBLE, but I know reading the other reviews for my position, that it was a huge bullet which I dodged.
