      Lack of Mission and Clarity

      Pros

      Worked with very talented engineers and a couple of great product managers. Fully remote workforce.

      Cons

      Too many contradictions to count. Lack of clarity in strategy and vision. Unclear how the company actually helped people after multicard was rolled out. The other reviews about no checks and balances for abusive managers are very accurate. Whisper culture as I call it or talking behind your back is rampant and managers lack experience to lead effectively.

      Pros

      Mission Lance is a company with excellent leadership. The administration is very transparent about its goals, finances, challenges, progress, etc. Whenever a task is assigned to any team member, it's tied to a particular directive already set. Our team efforts make a mark on their corresponding metrics and we can see how they contribute contribute to the company's success. These efforts are recognized and celebrated. Cross-collaboration has also been rewarding. Teams are willing to unblock and enable each other.

      Cons

      If this can be a downside, the company has invested in developing multiple products. Unfortunately, it coincided with a tough economy which caused layoffs for those working in non-core products.
