A LOT of calls. You can only work in certain states. Incentive structure sucks (hard to make actual commission).

-team culture -management on the customer ops level -ease of position -work/life balance is not an issue. -6 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, 6.67 hours of PTO added per pay period (2 pay periods a month) -work from home with the option to work in the office, if you want
