They use mac tools. Many smart developers.

Cons

Middle managers who don’t actually understand what engineers do or the technology and they never attempt to Google any thing they don’t understand. Felt more like a lot of over paid fake-it-till-you-make-it job switchers who were in over their head wasting peoples time.

They reward hard work and definitely see the value in people. Very one is friendly and for the most part doesn’t take themselves too seriously.

Cons

Still a lot of grey area in certain areas. Pressure to react quickly to change.
