      Pros

      A+ Company to work for. Great culture and really focused on creating value and growth opportunities. Really lean work environment. Reasonably nice office in Richmond, VA and in CA. No politics or BS. Obsessed with customer and doing greta work for customer and company. You won't find yourself spinning your wheels here. You have access to any tech stack you need.

      Cons

      If you're really talented, you will find yourself scaling quite rapidly and performing a number of tasks of increasing importance. You may find that your personal and professional growth outpaces your salary/compensation expectation.

      At Mission Lane, there is a very flat structure, so anyone can contribute at a high level and that is often recognized by the company. There are some extremely smart people from top to bottom who really care about the mission of the company and do their best to succeed. After the layoffs, the company has been focused, lean and moving towards goals in a very intentional manner.

      Cons

      Sometimes leadership isn’t the most clear about priorities - it’s a task to extract what’s next, but that’s part of the role.
