Mission Lane reviews

I was recruited for a Senior PM position at Mission Lane and found the process to be organized, well-run and thoughtful. It begin with a people operations screening followed by a screen from a senior product team member. Following that, I was asked to complete a case study and invited to a virtual "on-site." I found the interview team to be extremely welcoming and thoughtful during the process and the people operations team to be open, honest and communicative. The entire process took ~2 weeks and I received an offer that was in-line with my expectations at the start from both a salary and leveling perspective.
