By far the worst employer of my life. If you love drama and brown nosing this is the place for you. The term “they most have pictures”, is the promotion style since most leadership seek help of lower tier employees. If you speak up about something being wrong, they will do an investigation and you are gone. The problem does not get fixed. Third party Contractors have lost limbs due to the unsafe working conditions and we still move at risk, schedule is more important than humans. You are bullied into a corner, “that’s not true, that’s not what you saw, that’s not what you heard”. Leadership will cheat to win. Drugs have been found in mission critical areas. This M&O needs to go.

M & O contract is only for so many years. Therefore, some of the great leadership moves onto their next mission.
