Senior Leaders that get the public sector retirement business has been a breathe of fresh air. The company is supporting the sales staff and moving in the right direction. The Sales Organization has made great strides under new leadership!

Work / life balance, sometimes working nights though, covering different shifts

Cons

Compensation is way less , than described as “average” during hiring process. Dishonest, unprofessional and unethical management, treat the clients and employees bad as not experienced anywhere before, customer service not helpful, very uneducated on retirement accounts
