Pros

People are generally dedicated to the clients. This is a not-for-profit and is very mission-driven. The retirement benefit is good in comparison to other industries.

Cons

It runs like a government organzation so people tend to stay with the company for a very long time and it is very difficult for people to be removed due to poor performance. The younger employees get discouraged since there is little upward mobility in the company. Salary is not as competitive when you research the industry.

Pros

Close to metro. 401k & bonus are great. Wellness programs are strongly encouraged. Participation in the community is good. Employees are well diversed.

Cons

Very limited opportunity for advancement or promotion. On site training for Microsoft applications is somewhat limited. Employees with good potentials often go unnoticed
