Management was absolutely nonexistent, nobody ever did anything for the employees for holidays. No bonuses. Your typical NDE company.

There is no shop time and they don't allow you to take unemployment even after months of no work. You're probably going to average less than 40 hours a week and yet they have the audacity to tell us all that we're full time employees. Management will talk to you like you're complete trash but then expect you to go above and beyond for them. Lack of available work is based solely on management's inability to respect their clients.
