      -Collaborative, low-ego culture -People work hard and genuinely care, about the work, customers, and each other -A lot of opportunity to grow and stretch in your career -Leadership is great to partner with and treats teams as true experts in their domains -Genuinely nice people and FUN! Love my fellow Mitosaurs <3

      - Fast-paced, not a place to coast -Process isn't fully built out everywhere yet, though solid for our size. But always room for improvement -Onboarding, especially team-specific onboarding, isn't always fully structured, so it's best suited for people who are strong self-starters

You'll work alongside some of the smartest people in the industry and be a part of building an innovative product that has a real impact on our customers. Leadership genuinely invests in their people, advocates for their teams, and creates an environment where we can grow and do our best work!!

      You have to not only be able to thrive in an ambiguous environment, but that kind of environment has to be something that excites you! No day is ever the same!

      Pros

      Incredible team. Everyone is smart, hard-working and unselfish which means you're constantly hearing good news from around the company. No politics, no self-dealing at all. People see the big picture and are pulling in the same direction.

      Cons

      There is a lot of hard work to do! People really push themselves, not a good place to coast.
