      Pros

      Good Company Culture (VERY transparent) Great work-life balance (they very strongly encourage not overworking or crunching) Generous PTO Sensible promotion/employee development system

      Salary isn't *fantastic* Sometimes upper management can make sudden changes

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity and great culture. Leadership team really cares for the company and the employees. Company has a proactive long-term plan for their place in the market. Open PTO actually means open PTO. While you obviously can't abuse this, the company actively pushes for employees to take time off.

      Cons

      With acquisitions as part of the company growth strategy, expect change. I don't think this is personally a con, but for some people this can be extremely stressful. While the company is extremely stable and has been around for a long time, some aspects of the business feels a little startup'y. Lean teams, small workspaces at corporate, and many remote sales reps.

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, Great Work Culture, a lot of transparency into the financial performance/state of the company.

      Cons

      The Austin office though in a nice spot can be a commute nightmare/food desert; sometimes the direction/strategy of the products can be unclear and changes a bit too much for my taste.
