Great Place to Learn!! But Micromanagement in Testing team
Pros
- Worked in both Automation and Manual team. Projects and Process are really good. They take care of their employee. - Welcomes freshers and helps them grow understand process, techs etc. - Lot to learn in testing here. Both in manual and automation.
Cons
All the cons are for automation team- - Testing management/lead was really good initially but now it has become really bad. There is too much interference in work on how to do your job. You can't talk to other teams, sometimes you are told how to behave, can't do anything innovating. New ideas are not accepted just do what you are told. - Test lead doesn't have the required knowledge and skills instead just doing management and therefore not been able to lead the team how they are supposed to. - Pay less - Not bringing the voice of team to higher management.
