You can gain experience quickly and work with some solid coworkers. The role gives exposure to some sales tools, outreach volume, and the realities of a fast-moving software company.
Cons
High pressure, shifting priorities, and limited stability made the role harder than it needed to be. Expectations were high, but support and consistency did not always match. The tech stack felt underdeveloped, with too little automation and too many manual processes, which created unnecessary friction in day-to-day work.
