Remote Work and a great team was the highlight of my tenure with Mitratech.

Cons

Nepotism at its highest. Middle management would twist your arm to fabricate deal status so they can present good numbers to the board. But then scold you for deals falling through. Enterprise deals take longer to close than 5 calls.
