Pros

Work from home, listen to music or podcasts, flexible with leaving early or coming in later.

Cons

Teamwork is lacking, culture is so, so. Didn’t feel valued as an employee, they go thru a lot of temps.

Pros

It's pretty lay back. There is a some what teamwork there.

Cons

They tell you that there is advancement in the company but they don't like training people for the advancement of the company. They like to sale you a Dream, but the Dream never happens. They don't like giving; out raises . It took them 5-6 years to give you a raise. Even then the raise was only $0.25. which isn't enough with the cost of living is going up and up.
