A large software base with a wide variety of frameworks/versions. Managers are good at not micro managing the developers while also providing support

Pros

One of the first things you realize is how long the other employees and managers have been working there, which is a testament to how satisfied they are with their jobs. Some have been there for 25-30 years! But that doesn't mean this shop is outdated - to the contrary, even the 'old' press guys are up to date with the technology. Very comfortable work environment all around.

Cons

Commute is a bit of a drag, unless you live in the neighborhood. But parking is abundant, so it's not so bad.
