Pros

Can Do attitude Problem Solving Variety of challenges Interesting clients and projects

Cons

Terrible terrible pay, Employees can leave and get 25-30% more for same position elsewhere in DSM area. (I know three who left for same title and got a 33% raise) Incredibly poorly marketed. Management bemoans a lack of growth and costs yet has obtuse and unclear marketing. Incredibly top down Napoleonic approach to management. Turnover rate is incredibly high (Assistant ADs never last longer than 6 months) and leadership has said several times that people are replaceable; they'd rather re-hire than retain good talent
