      Pros

      Coworkers are amazing and make the time spent there enjoyable

      Cons

      Basically no benefits. PTO accrual is a joke and you get absolutely no sick time. You are not allowed to go negative in PTO at all. The pay is mid. 401k match of 1% is laughable. No loyalty to employees, almost impossible to move up within the company because they would rather outsource people from random states.

      Pros

      Comradery runs strong in both the office and out on the pressroom floor. I have worked in two of the plants in Newton and across 3 positions and love the opportunity for advancement and general culture. Grateful for the business that cares and continues to grow.

      Cons

      The benefits could be better and I wish we provide childcare.

      Pros

      I have witnessed a change within the company for the better. Extra holidays. Flexibility with time off. Proper staffing and retaining good team members. In addition to some introspective work, all this has lead to a noticeable improvement in culture.

      Cons

      Insurance can be difficult to navigate at first. Maybe that’s true of any insurance unless you work in the industry and know the ins and outs.
