Pros

Mittera is a growing company, with the ability to grow yourself as an individual if you are willing to put forth the effort. This is not your standard large company where everything is cookie cutter. Each day is unique and it is up to you if you make the most of it.

Cons

With any company who has acquisitions, there are always growing pains.
