* Small enough to care about employees but big enough to have a great product * 100% full remote position * International and multi-cultural teams * Compensations for being remote * Collaborative working environment

Cons

* You need to adapt your schedule to agreed team schedule * Better perk's proposal (e.g. private health)

- High investment in employee growth and development - Lots of autonomy and opportunity for ownership - Company is profitable and growing fast - I like literally everyone who works here - Awesome office and location in SF - Great for remote! Big existing remote team, pro-remote communication practices - People genuinely care about each other here - personalized birthday and anniversary gifts, etc. - Generous time off policy

Cons

- Engineering team needs to improve diversity - Still building out a lot of important processes (though this is also an opportunity!)
