Pros

Pay, schedule, benefits. The production employees are top notch to work with. They provide cold water and Gatorade during summer months.

Cons

Japanese owners. Local management and supervisors lack leadership skills and training. Basically a "Get Mine and heck with you" culture. Lots of alcohol and other products daily get loaded into employees and leads vehicles.

Pros

Big plans to grow people and big push for continuous improvement. Lots of training and development and lots of projects.

Cons

But at a massive cost to work life balance. Long hours unpaid. Salary to them means you work whatever hours are needed whenever needed and you are always available on your mobile. They try to do too much at once.
